As mayor, Frederick Collins will put people first and politics last. His goal is to make the government transparent and people-oriented while ensuring the people's voice is heard, ultimately bringing life to a city that needs a new direction.
His Grassroots Campaign
Frederick Collins is focused on:
- Restoring law and order and reducing crime by 75% in Chicago
- Boosting the city's economy by 300% through federal block grants, tax increment dollars, and Illinois state and Cook County grant dollars. As well as a lowering all home owners, commercial property owners and business property owners property taxes by 50% and then freezing the property taxes for 15 years.
- Providing Title 1 funding for Chicago Public Schools to create a revenue base to help modernize school systems and provide a higher quality of education for all children in Chicago Public Schools
Additionally, Mayor Frederick Collins will support and advocate for minority business ownership and nonprofit organizations that are owned and operated by minority businesses to grow within every ethnic community while opening access to capital and city contracts, which will help improve the economy for all of Chicago.
